Stuart PoyserGroup Director of Corporate Development

Stuart Poyser is Informa’s Group Director of Corporate Development.

Stuart joined Informa in March 2015 after 15 years in investment banking, primarily at Citigroup in London and New York, where he advised TMT clients on a wide range of complex strategic and financial situations, covering $70bn of completed transactions.

At Informa, Stuart is responsible for corporate development activity, including strategic portfolio additions, joint ventures and divestments. 

Stuart holds an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University. He is a Trustee and Chair of Audit of multi-academy trust, LETTA. He is a keen amateur violinist and is the president of the Bloomsbury Chamber Orchestra.
